Sternberg Law Firm, PLLC is a New York based law firm dedicated to helping clients take control of their futures and transform their realities.  We  are premiere divorce and family lawyers with wide ranging experience in commercial litigation, general litigation, real estate and business transactions and advisory services for individuals, families and small businesses in New York and New Jersey.

Our philosophy is to attempt to resolve matters before they get to litigation, as we believe doing so is in the best interest of the client. However, we will not shy away from litigation where there is no other alternative, and have significant trial experience in a variety of subject areas. We believe this approach results in favorable outcomes both in matters which are resolved with litigation and without.

 

Our firm was formed in 2018 by Kenneth Sternberg and his daughter, Sara. Kenneth began practicing law in 1984 and has over 35 years of experienced in matrimonial law boutique law firms serving high net worth individuals as well as in his own practice.

We formed Sternberg Law Firm, PLLC  with the joint mission of building a modern law firm with a fresh, client-centric perspective, and of providing our clients with the same sophisticated, high level and professional legal work which Kenneth had been known for throughout his entire career.  As a result, we have been able to build a family driven firm that highlights our individual and cumulative strengths (which despite our common genes are quite different), while also providing clients with unparalleled legal service.
